What happens with Frostsecurity

i can't log in game all time i have "problem during frost updating"!!!!
only me or siteweb of frost have some problem.??

i have the same problem while trying to log my dual box. i make it from webpage, i log first my premium account aswell. i could log this way without any problem till right now and i didnt change anything. i was dual boxing 5 minutes ago even!

i have this problem only making the dual box, i can log one account normally

well, i restarted computer and this time all worked fine. i dont know what made this frost updating crash issue

i got the same problem too, cant connect since 6 hours. i even changed my config of the avast antivirus, as the support article sais, and nothing...

 

i have same problem. tried reinstall game, 4game to different catalogs/hard drivers. uninstall my antivirus+firewall which used from few years. reboot pc/router or delete frost/system and fix doesnt work.

if you still can't connect to the server, you can try to remove this antyvirus completely (start -> settings -> uninstall program) then you have to restart your computer and check whether the problem still exist.

you can also disable windows firewall for a while or any other antyvirus or firewall you have activated. sometimes adding folder to white list doesn't help unfortunately (i had problems with comodo antyvirus)

those methods helped me at the very begining when i started to play

i just desinstalled the antivirus, and deactivate firewall, and same problem is still there "game loading error"

 

dear users,

please do the following step:

check that your os is not in the "test" mode. with this mode you can run programs with "testing" digital signatures.
try running cmd as "administrator" and enter the following command:

bcdedit /set testsigning off

after that restart your pc and check the game. please let us know the results.

i had the same problem: sunday playing as usual and monday unable to login (frost security, game loading error). uninstalling av, deactivate firewall, reinstalling game, doesnâ´t work

but gmsouldier solution works fine (thx, you have save me from a boring format proccess xd)

 

got the same problem since 1st of october. fixed with gmsouldier's solution, thanks!
