Evolutionary Road - Question about packages

why i get dyna stuff on lvl 70 if i cant use it? its sux :/ and on 76 u get s80 but u can use it on lvl 80 qq :/

 

is there a reason you shouldn't get them at those levels ? do they take so much wh space ?

 

what exactly is the problem? you would be equipping the items gained from the previous package. please bear in mind that this system is implemented to help new players with new characters, the fact that current characters will be gaining some items for milestones they reach is a bonus for you all. most players save up their adena well in advance of obtaining certain levels for gear of that grade, giving the gear in advance of the level needed means that players can freely use the adena they would otherwise be saving for that equipment in different ways eradicating the "stress" of saving hard for future equipment and allowing them to concentrate on other goals.

i think his problem might be that if he opened the package (and probably he did it, that why he knows its dynasty set) he cant use it and time to use it (30 days?) is ticking away. kinda frustrating...

 

well the pack is cleary called

and it was announced prior to implementation exactly what items will be recieved at which levels here frustrating for him maybe, but that was his own error.
