add funds error

hello
yesterday paid the account in game two times for 10 euros with the service ideal, when you send money to an account in the game did not affect anything. you will get only an error but a confirmation transaction banking money collected from dying. please fast reactions

after u charge the account with money u have to press "buy premium account" (on the yellow banner in page) and select the duration u want (1 month is 12 euro atm, not 10.. with 10 u can take 2 times 1 week). after u do all this operations u will have premium account ingame. if u wanna take 1 month better wait till 16 october so u pay 9 euro for it. have a nice day.

 

pa user for 10 months here, payment was processed through moneybookers successfully, and it doesn't appear on my 4game account...
first time it happened also, in more than half a dozen times.
that's the problem, not how to buy pa.
