    that's the best thing you could have done. with more and more ppl hitting 99, buying pa stopped being that important. lowering the prices means that not only ppl who couldn't afford pa earlier might think of buying it, but also ppl may buy pa in order to level their subs faster.

    with more and more mmos becoming f2p its quite natural move to remain competitive.
