Future for new players

i need info about how many new players (1-60 lv) actually is on the server. i dont know that there is any chance for new players? because i logged into l2 and i have not seen many of them(only s-r grade users) so if i would play i think i will need to play alone. i'm wrong ???

 

1-60 level is some hours alone. why you want to play in a party.

since the mentor and evolutionary road is an active feature on innova server, leveling from 1 - 76 is really quick. for instance i have 2 mentees who played only 2 days to get level 76 from the 20.
