i found a good solution to make it work : i reinstalled the whole windows 7 and guess what - it works now !!1!1!

 

i dont have windows 7 my pc runs vista lol

to who contact to get back my pa ? [acc @ info] i hope ill be some more for that cuz 8 days game lost rune 7days + some nevits for reward my healer and those ppl what lost this play time xp and ofc adenaas.
its not my or other users folt soo i hope ill be something ty.

 

all pa refunds are dealt with via support so you should contact them with any such requests.

i dont know why we have to w8 till wensday if thay know whats wrong with the app whay dont thay fix it so ppl cant login and i dont get that wensday bit btw updates ar normaly dinsday so why is it fixed on wensday alittle more info whould be nice btw

 

well situation is like this... is not only about compensating the pplz who couldn't log... many of this pplz are part of cp's that means many other pplz couldn't have a normal game play (waiting in party matching to find what u need means a lot of time wasted). innova should think about a global compensation method (beside the pa refund for the pplz that wasted the days) because they rly fvked the whole server for a week with this fail update. also keep in mind u don't have only pa users on this server, and the non paying players should be compensated also for a week wasted. also, many pplz buy 7 days xp runes to lvl up faster and these days just mean wasted time from that runes. it rly isn't players fault they use a os listed as compatible with your application... is just innova's fail because they didn't managed to deliver what they should to assure a normal game play.

 

well the situation goes like this:
4 days non playing already
+ 4 days more waiting for the problem to be sovled
+ 1 hope that the prob "should be fixed" till wendsday as they say
+ 8 days pa wasting
+ 0 answers to my request at "support" section
+ some announcements only for spamming and topic removement....but not a single one about the issue
+ 0 reply on "why they dont try a rollback to previous state

result: we have to dowith a really professional crew of a serious company who treats "very well" to customers!!!

 

im total agree whit u im the healer part of cp and 2rd healer in clan [no siege for me 1 pt was w/o healer]
cp cuz try make somthing in game whidat healer ...? stand in city probly u can ;d
and xp for daily's/rb and adena for that, well i care abaut that but some one here not ;]

 

wel i can log in now i got widows 7 it did cost me 100+ euros i was not going to w8 till wensday and i understand that alot off ppl dont have 100+ euros to buy windows 7 and that ****s

ps: i wont to thank innova that it cost me 100+ euros ill never see that again just hope ill get some pa days back

 

guys this is not a discussion about compensation, please keep this topic clear. unless you have further technical updates then please refrain from flooding the thread as it is unfair to fellow users if we miss an important post due to off topic posts and spam. we understand that this is a frustrating situation for players, it is for us too but please have some respect for others who are trying to post info.

any information regarding some compensation for this situation will be announced as soon as possible so please hold your comments with respect to that until that time.

you do know its your own fult when this started you dint give any or non info about what was going on so ppl got mad and pissed off so how did you expect ppl to react and up to now you still dont give any useful info
