cant enter Play button locked

hey
try all the things from support
even deleted the game and download the new aplication
i can see the play button but with locked icon next to him
sombody knows how to solve that?

when i instal patch in side www.lineage2.eu dont work i dont see button play.. but is worked now xd try this:
unistal 4game program, next download patch here https://eu.4game.com/?client-app=v2 on the disck, click right on the patch and start at administrator install
gl write here if work;p

 

i did it befor and did it again. it dosnt work
angry and disappointed, i did not expect an official from the lack of professionalism and even worse, look no treatment and treatment of the problem. cmon its even no private server
