what is the averege day waiting from someone from suport to actualy see your ticket? i got ticket 2 days no answer .. wondering how many ppl work to solve suport . its rly annoying
tickets are normally picked up within 24 hours of submission which is standard practise for all companies yet as i already mentioned in the technical section yesterday at the moment there are some delays as there is a larger number of tickets then normal due to the issues surrounding the new application and the vista errors so please be patient and the staff will get to your ticket. thread also moved to the appropriate section. regards.
