Blank page at log in character - pls help

when i whant to log in with the character i can not see it , i see a bank page , even when i enter he game is the same a blank page .
what can i do ? ty

please notice that the following graphics cards is not supported by the client: geforce3, 4, fx - series, radeon 8500, 9200, 9500, 9600, 9700, 9800, x300, x600, x800, x850, x1100, x1150, x1250, x1300, hd2100.

hy , i installed the game a few days ago , i loged in , it was ok , then it started to see a bit blank page in the game , i restarted the game and then it was blank at log in chracter , i only see the name of the characters , also in the game

hello getyx,

is it happening all the time? i mean when you switch on computer then you can play normally and after a while you are having issue with blank screen? my point is your graphic card might getting to hot, maybe its too dusted inside.

i can not play any way, once at the beginning i saw everything ok then everything was white, i can see only the names of the characters, the rest is white image. i'm thinking that once i could enter for the first time and it was all ok, maybe it's something from the game not form the graphics
