Problem with the game...

i have following problem:
my keyboard dont work only in game window.
cant get and store items in wh in any town. i have free slot in my inventory and in wh.


this problem is оccurred after today's maintenance...
i'm with w7 x64.

could you please give us more detailed explanation of your problem? step by step.

we need to know what kind of os do you use: x32bit or x64bit. you can get this information if type the following in the address bar: control panel\all control panel items\system.
please also indicate the model of your keyboard.

with "i'm with w7 x64. " i mean windows 7 ultimate x64bit. my keyboard is delux k5003

the problem is following:
when the game is running, my keyboard don't work. only in game. in other programs, everything is ok. when i try to get or store items in warehouse keeper in any town, i can't.

i try with different keyboard, bud the problem is the same... this is not a solution...

 

same here.
pc is a sony vaio on amd e-350, windows 7 64bit.
external usb keyboard doesn't work as well.

the issue seems to have appeared with last update.

 

here same problem, keyboard dont work in game.
pc is a hp quad core, windows 7 64 bit, i try with 2 different keyboard and dont work.

i solved uninstalling (not disabling, uninstalling) zonealarm firewall.
look here for the right procedure (using control panel seems not work properly):

few days later i decided to reinstall za and the problem did not show up again.

i'm still struck in an excruciating lag (not framerate drop, but response time lag) tho, that is not dependant on my firewall (the same happens with windows firewall on or off), nor my connection (no ping issue, nor bandwidth issue), nor my hardware (no strange cpu/vga usage ecc). suggestions?
