problem on my char

1.) i did only path of a nobless, possessor of a precious soul - 1 and i have in my inv. virgil's letter - which i cannot delete
2.) when i was 75 on my main char i did allmost all the quest's from gracia continent ( dood day to fry and the other one from same npc ) to take lekon's certificate, i took also how to oppose evil quest from general dilios, but i deleted later, now the problem is when i go to general dilios to take that quest again he ask me to bring lekon's certificate and when i go to lekon to do again good day to fry and secons quest i cannot because allready did those quest's
3.) after we go in parnasus and make those 3 instances emerald square/ coral garden and 3rd ... we cannot take in target that npc ( only with /target name )
