l2 store items missing

hi, after rollback i lost l2 store items, and i didnt get back $ for it, before rollback i bought scrolls, and that reduce my account money to 0, after rollback scrolls are gone but my acc. $ still = 0
plz check it

this was my doubt that i pm'd to gmhoratio as he was making announcement of roll back, and that i posted on forum here too.
both went without reply... but i'm sure if you sent ticket to support they could help you.
