Код ошибки 21005 [2] при попытке войти в игру ?!

при попытке зайти в игру после того как введен пароль от игры , возникает ошибка с кодом 21005 2 , так же по пробовал удалять пароль от игры и зайти снова , но не чего не вышло , причем так же запускатр запрашивает пароль ,после чего вход в игру невозможен ! прошу помочь исправить эту ошибку )!
