Account security lock

    hello.
    i've got an ishsue with my old account that i put addoditionaly security with the lock on "play" button.
    i forgot the password and now i cant use this acc.
    when i try to change the password, before i press "change password" i need that old password again, wich i dont know.
    any know solution to that problem?

    you should write a ticket to support forum staff can not deal with account security issues.
