SMS special code

    hi!

    i need to change account e-mail. after receiving special code via e-mail, the procedure requires to insert the sms special code.

    i am waiting from 1 hour and it still not arrives ...

    normal ?

    delays could be for many reasons, such as high traffic for the providers sending/recieving the sms, best thing to do is to wait a little if possible and if you are still worried theres a problem then contact support and they can look into any issues, forum staff are unable to deal with account/billing isssues im afraid.
