    as yul you have the skill: flash.
    description: cancel the targets of nearby enemies. increses speed +50 for 5 secs and prevents enemies from targeting you.
    that is what the skill it suppose to do. it's working, only when use it, it cancel your own target and can't aquire another target as well untill he fade.

    its similar to de racial disparition, you still got target and can atk with normal atk and skills but target window dissapears.
