Getting the DxDiag diagnostics file.

    winxp
    1. go to "start";
    2. choose "run a command";
    3. in the window which would come up enter : dxdiag

    win7, vista
    1. go to "start"
    2. in the bottom bar write the following: dxdiag


    after the utilities download press "save all settings " button in the down part of the window. data will be saved into the text file.
