titan skill Over the body bugged

    when i use it it takes my cp but dont give the buff ...

    probably doesn't work when you have a harmony on. delete your harmony and try again (tell us again when you test it).

    zzz i am not a noob that was the 1st thing i try i delete all my buffs

    that 1buff isn't equal to all your buffs. over the body works only if you doesn't have any +hp buff or +hp buff have to be not greater than your buff.

    dont give false info,titans could always stack it with battle roar....so hp buff are not the issue.
    over the body always worked as a prophecy-cov-vop,not btb/hp buff,so your assumption is wrong.
