hello, the name change was available exclusively for characters that name contained "_aria". it was added to doubled nicknames.
nope - all aria chars were transfered and any whose name was already used on core had the nick changed to include "aria_" and only those characters were offered the name change service. the service is not available for any other characters. regards.
