Another Frost update problem

hi all as title says having frost problem when i try start game from chrome/firefox/explorer... i read all guides and still have the eror..example i download and check game files with check4game program and in net diagnostic part i get this eror
os version => microsoft windows nt 6.1.7600.0
.net version => 2.0.50727.4927

after it continues without erors......i folow the guide post with how to allow frost and not get blocked by antivirus/firewall i use esed antiv....i even add at hosts this 109.105.154.3 frostsecurity.net....as guide says i run cmd as adminastrator and turn test off...what should i do next? tnx for help.

could you remove your antivirus , restart computer and try to run a game to be sure its not a problem of the antivirus? the antivirus components are running even if you switch it off temporary.

i get this eror again on diagnostic part...i remove total esed still have same prob
