Internet Explorer setup.

if frost doesn't load at all you need to check preferences of internet explorer browser (even if you don't use it).

instructions:

1. run internet explorer, choose the option "internet options" in the menu "tools" and open the tab "connections", then choose "lan settings". in the tab "proxy-server" uncheck the flag "use proxy for lan connections".

2. run internet explorer, check that the option "work offline" in the menu "file" is off. there shouldn't be a tick.
