Settings in game

when i use alt + p to desactivate lower detail, a window appears saying:

"to apply selected options, the game needs to be reloaded. if you don't apply now, it will be applied when you start the game next time. will you apply now? ok/cancel."

i have reset all settings, fixed game...and anything changes. any idea of how can i fix this without have reinstall all?

it's soo annoying 'cause i use this options alt+p very usually.

most propably you are using advanced shader effects / focusing effect / realistic water effects / detailed character shadow on normal settings. then when you use alt + p it tries to disactivate those settings but in order to change it restart must be applied.
