On-screen-messages troubles

at first if topic is in bad section delete it, i wasn't sure where to write.
i have troubles with on screen damage. i have ticked everything in options/on screen damage and pushed apply. i tried everything what should help but it's not working. it shouldn't be technical problem i have good hardware and client downloaded from your site as it should be. maybe it just doesn't work in beta or i don't know.

it's kinda funny because it still doesn't work. there are at least 4 threads like this reporting this feature is bugged. anyway will be anything done in this matter?
