    cpu : authenticamd amd athlon(tm) 64 x2 dual core processor 4200+ @ 2220 mhz 1023mb ram

    please enable direct3d acceleration. you can do this by starting dxdiag and enabling direct3d acceleration in the display 1/2 tab after installing directx 9.0c (or later) and the latest drivers for your graphics card.

    the solution:
    1) download the latest drivers for your videocard from an official website of its manufacturer and install them.

    nvidia http://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
    2) download the latest directx from microsoft official website - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/179113/ and install it.
    3) reboot уour pc.

    1. go to the menu "start", choose the option "run" (windows xp) or "search for programs and files" (windows vista & windows 7), type "dxdiag" (without quotes) and press enter. press the button "save all data" in the bottom of the window and attach the file to your appeal.
    2. go to the menu "start", choose the option "run" (windows xp) or "search for programs and files" (windows vista & windows 7), type "msinfo32" (without quotes) and press enter. choose the menu "file", the option "save" and attach the file to your appeal. (if the file is more than 2 mb, pack it into an archive)
    3. press the mouse right button on the "my computer", choose the option "properties" and attach a screenshot of this window.
    4. if you have an antivirus or(and) a firewall installed please inform us about its name and version.
    5. if you have an error window please attach its screenshot.

    the message with "...agp is deactivated..."
    1. start - "run" (windows xp) or "search for programs and files" (windows vista & windows 7) - "dxdiag" - [enter]
    2. the tab "display", in the bottom of the window there is the button of agp texture acceleration. switch it on.

    if the button is inactive please install directx and the latest drivers for your videocard from manufacturer's official website. it should solve the problem or make the button active. if it doesn't help, do the next actions:
    1. start -> run" (windows xp) or "search for programs and files" (windows vista & windows 7) -> regedit (enter)
    2. hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\direct3d\drivers - changing value of softwareonly parameter from 1 to 0.
    3. hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\graphicsdrivers\dci\timeout set as 7 ;
    4. hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\directdraw\emulationonly from 1 to 0.

    after's launching the client there is an error “(lcid) cannot run in this locale”.
    the solution:
    1) open the control panel (start->control panel).
    2) open the menu "language and regional standarts".
    3) open the tab "additional" and check the flag "[your language] for programs which don't support unicode"
    4) save all changes pressing the button ok
    cpu driver is outdated. please...

    this error appears when some program blocks the file gameshield.dll. if is is your antivirus you need to add the game folder to an antivirus exceptions.
