Can't Login after Maintenance Tuesday, 25th December

@deepblue, it's ok, i know innova can't be blamed.in fact i think innova provides some of the best anti bot solution and for that, you guys have my respect.
i was just asking out of curiosity and it's good to see a respond.

 

can't play the game on latest windows!

innova what is going on, windows xp is supported ( that is not even "supported" by microsoft anymore ) but windows 8 isn't? this must be a joke seriously

i did it intentionally cuz you guys try to keep this problem unknow to rest of players... like not saying on website just forums, then people like me download the game and wait a lot for nothing.

 

@deepblue, please, when you will be sure that windows 8 fix will be in next update inform me here.
or, if you will be 100% sure that it wont be in this update please let me know, so i will start installing windows 7 as soon as possible, thanks!

 

all we can tell you about that is :

 

doing so intentially will only result in thread deletions and if spam occurs then further infractions will be inforced.

as for "you guys try to keep this problem unknow" as i said, try using the search button or read the links provided in this thread and you will see here that an announcement was made as soon as the issue was disovered.

@cherrylipbalm - as razzy quoted what i said already, it will be announced as soon as we have any further information, please dont bump the thread every day unneccesarily just for this

 

@razzly i know.i'm not trying to be rude and repeat same things over again.i ment it as when you guys get the news if fix will or will not be in the upcoming update to let me know here, so i can act accordingly to the news as soon as i can.

again, i did not want to give you guys a hard time or to be rude, just asking you nicely to inform me here when you can.

good news guys, ncwest is having maintenance right now with win8 fix included, i hope we will have it too during maintenance tomorrow.

windows 8 game dont start

hello

i got windows 8 and its legal windows provided by my msi notebook. i installed the game and latest vesrion of luncher by your website. i its important i use google chrome.


when i click on "play" i write password and i see little box in the center of screen with loading word, but just for 2-3 seconds and its dissapear. my windows ask me do i want to run this program i click "yes" and nothing happen.


game dont even start.


my hardware specifications:

msi ge620dx notebook
intel cors i5 2430m
geforce 555m
8gb ram ddr iii

latest version of all drivers by automatic update checked every day.

unfortunately at this momment you cannot play lineage 2 if you have windows 8.

us server its fixed so ppl can play on win 8 after update.

 

am i missing something or should maintenance be over by now?it says "thursday, 10th january, from 6 till 8 a.m. gmt+0." my game still didn't update and i still cant play...
shouldn't it be over about 4 hours ago?

 

fixes and changes made during maintenance on 10th january:

santa hat, snow kung transformation stick, santa horn hat, santa outfit appearance stone are off from l2store

do you see windows 8 fixed? cos i don't see... somehow na got win8 fix from devs, but innova don't... :d

 

i think us servers for koreans are more important than innova .
