Nursery/Buff timer Bug

    timer:
    - nursery 30 min
    - buffs 30 min (all +0)

    problem:
    when the nursery timer is 00:00, you have 3 min buffs left.

    possible problem:
    - nursery timer is running to fast
    - buff timer is running to slow
    - both timers are bugged

    possible problem: you don't search on the internet.

    the seed of annihilation: battle in the nursery instanced dungeon now lasts 25 minutes instead of 30 minutes. also, after the instance battle times out, you can speak to the npc to acquire xp equivalent to the amount of residue collected.
