what would be better is to remove the adena or item which the person bought the adena with , and then the person wont buy again because he will loose over and over and if he dont buy no need no customers for the bots in which they move game

it would be better if you were have it in secret and first submit a ticket on the support site. doing like this you just scare them off actually.

took me under 2 minutes to spot this guy ig: adys
male kamael sitting behind the ch in goddard.

while the guy is sitting behind an clan house and his pet (little fox) is running around goddard and keeps killing those snowman event npc and keeps collecting the loot.
this is not first time i had noticed an pet running around the city and doing the same thing not only in goddard.

i made 2 records 1 with reaaaaly low rez + screens and 1 with normal rez (i do not upload it yet cause it is over 600mb).
low rez + 2-3 screens are just under 100mb.
if need be i can upload the normal rez movie.

+1 i can't send report in town and ofc this i see this strange scene too.
i see another summon, i don't know the name now in the same strange action.

 

summon has name of the owner in the title so if you find it its easy to locate the owner by /target /attack

 

its a bot programe , you can set up your pet to attack and collect loot

 

then he should be banned for botting...

 

it the same as "smart" guy at ti -he is doing it from the start of event but non care >_<

 

well lets hope that the short time that gm where around during the holidays they got enough evidence themself on these people as to when the next ban hammer comes they get banned , remember not all bans are instant they can happen anytime and usually take place during maintance periods

its all obout in event items they farmed till now /excanged/selled/sended on mail etc etc

 

hence the part i said where they gather evidence / intell to see where items are sent but they cant ban those accounts they can remove the items etc , lets say you was sent somthing in mail from somone who bots you open mail collect what ever you should be banned? you are 100% sure that all mails you open and collect stuff are from a legit person? i honestly cant say that as i send and trade through mails ingame woth thinking about aqua ?

and i dont recive any mail ingame from unknown ppl -if u do its kinda ur problem )
and reason i talk obout mail was just example where those item can be delivered from bot akk-and as for deleting them we all know what where hapened whith spesion abbused and all those items they did recive from doing it wasnt take back or whatever..............

 

like i said think about it you can personaly guarentee 110 % that everyone you know doesnt bot i dont think you can i dont any of us can unless we sat next to them playing and see with our own eyes , i dont know what happen at the abuse before weather items where or where not taken away it is merly a sugestion that it would hurt the bots more if the ebayers had what ever they bought or the adena removed because they would think twice about buying again hence why would there be a need for bits if they have no one buying?
and to answer your question about bots in clan i have seen the leader of clans with bots in get suspended / banned hence the whole clan looses out on that gear/ mats what ever they may have farmed hard for and placed in cwh lost also
