i just download game and reg account.
i write login and pass, press log in and have this message:

you have been disconnected from the server. please login again.

win 7 64b.
no router.
firewall off

i go to lineage2.com (reg acc form that)
download ncsoftlaunchersetup.exe and setup it.
download gameclient from launcher

you need to download client from lineage2.eu or eu.4game.com. clients from us wont work with eu servers. after the maintenance you will have to download lanucher, and download client thru launcher.
