Problem with download

i got a bit strange problem with your launcher/downloader. it looks like this
it islike 2nd day now and i dont know what to do with it.
my internet conection is 16 mb/s. i've download full game from your site and this happend. i've close kaspersky and every firewall that i had on pc.
