Frantic Healing lvl1

    i noticed that there is a small visual bug with the skill "frantic healing".

    when i use frantic healing my casting speed on the character screen increases normally, but when i shut it off the numbers dont change until i change my weapon or smth.

    i casted a few spells and noticed that the casting speed increases and decreases normally. so its only a visual thingy.
