    Dear players!

    We really appreciate your help in the Blue server lags issue investigation. Your support tickets, packets capturing and MTR tests help us to verify the specific details.

    We do not claim that the problem is not on our side. Moreover, our testing request does not state that we make any internet provider fully responsible for the current situation. These results allow us to find possible reasons of lags, which have not been identified yet. That is why any additional information is extremely important.

    Additional tests held after the launch of the event showed no direct connection with the occurred lags.

    Furthermore, we’re looking for the players who are facing intense lags right now. The tech team asks them to contact the support service. If their tickets correspond to the declared complaints and these players provide assistance until the investigation is over, a reward will take place.

    There is no need to duplicate the existing tickets if you have already created one. Slide into my dm with the ticket number.
